Introduction

There are 3 important elements that you will need to select or define in order to build your first project:

Once these 3 elements have been defined, you will be able to execute your first survey and analyze its results.

Running your first survey:

   STEP 1.

   Create your first project from the "Dashboard" page. The project name is mandatory and the project description is optional. Once the project is created you will be able to access the project's dashboard from the "Projects" section.

2. STEP 2. (Optional)

   If you want to explore the characteristics of the available populations you can use the "Population Explorer" page. From there, you can visualize the number of individuals in the population and explore different population groups by applying demographic filters. The table at the bottom of the page displays some of the profile demographic attributes and also provides a search functionality.

   STEP 3.

   Before configuring your Project, you should first create your first survey. You can do that by using "Survey Builder" -> "Create New Survey". You can choose from three options for creating a Survey:

   • a. Create one from scratch. This will allow you to fully customize everything but it is not recommended if you are not yet familiar with the survey structure.
   • b. The second option allows you to create a survey starting from a predefined template. There are several pre-built templates that you can choose from.
   • c. The third option is the easiest way to create a new survey when you don't have too much experience. This option uses an AI assistant that will build the survey and its questions for you.
4. STEP 4. (Optional)

   To check if your survey has been saved, you can navigate to "Survey Builder" -> "Edit Surveys". Your newly created survey should be available on that list.

   STEP 5.

   Now, you can open your project dashboard, by clicking on your project's name, in the "Projects" section. Once inside your project dashboard, follow the next steps:

   • a. Select your desired Population, by clicking "Select Population"
   • b. Define a more granular Population Segment
   • c. Attach the desired Survey to the Population Segment
6. STEP 6.

   Execute your first survey by clicking on the "Execute" button. Please note that the execution time varies depending on the number of respondents and the number of questions in the Survey Template.

7. STEP 7.

   Once your first survey results are ready, click on the "View Analysis" button to open the Survey Analysis page.

   The "Raw Survey Data" section allows you to view the raw response data or download the detailed survey results in CSV format.
